    I’ve spent over 20 years in senior and executive roles across global brands — leading teams, driving sales, managing product and merchandising portfolios worth over $500M.

    I know what great leadership looks like — and what it costs.

    Because I loved the pace, the creativity, the challenge - until it started taking more than it gave.
