However, for professional coaching standards, the Coach may discuss anonymised themes with a qualified supervisor.

To maintain privacy:
Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant, or similar AI devices must be switched off during sessions
Automatic or AI-driven recording software must not be used.
Sessions may only be recorded with explicit consent from both parties

Zoom (if sessions are recorded with consent)
WhatsApp (end-to-end encrypted)
ScoreApp (quiz results)
Stripe / PayPal (payments)

Password-protected folders or cloud drives
All systems are protected using strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.
9. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your data only for as long as needed:
Session notes: up to 6 years
Contracts, invoices, financial records: 6–10 years
Emails & WhatsApp messages: up to 3 years
ScoreApp results: until you request deletion
Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe
You may request deletion of your data at any time (unless required for legal or accounting obligations).
