The Coach
I’m Andrew Henry.
I spent over 20 years in senior leadership roles, working across global organisations in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
I now work with experienced leaders whose roles have quietly grown more complex than the way leadership was originally designed to operate.
The Structure
Most leaders begin with The Leadership Reset - 90 days of collaboration to stabilise leadership load and restore space to think.
Some then continue in a longer-term partnership, using an external place to think as responsibility and scope keep expanding.
The work flexes to fit the reality of your role.
The Delivery
Coaching is delivered virtually, working with leaders across different locations and time zones.
In-person sessions are included where useful, depending on context, geography, and what will best support the work.
