The Leadership Coaching Framework is based on 3 key pillars of Time, Wellness and Leadership.

Time: take back control of your calendar and own your time. We will review how you manage your time, what meetings you are in (and what you should not be in) and how you can establish clear boundaries. Owning your time is the base of all your future success.

Wellness: take back control of your energy. We will review how you look after your physical health and how you can prioritize your mental strength. You will rediscover how to show up for yourself and your team which will mean you will lead effectively.

Leadership: take back control of how you lead. We will start by how you can effectively lead yourself. Leading your team creating a culture of motivation and maximise your talent development. And then finally we will work on how you will manage the business and bring clear, sustainable vision and long term success in your role.

The leadership coaching is split into 7 key steps to ensure your reset sets you up for long term success in and out of the office.

The Leadership Reset 7 Steps

Working through each step together we will align you on what you need to start doing, stop doing and double down on what you are already doing well.

  • It’s a 30-minute conversation to see where you’re at and what’s really going on.

    You’ll get clarity on what’s holding you back, and I’ll explain how the Leadership Reset works.

    There’s no pressure or hard sell or further commitment - it’s simply a space to explore if we’re the right fit to work together.

  • We meet every two weeks for a focused coaching session.

    This rhythm gives you time to reflect, apply the tools and learnings, and make real progress between sessions.

  • Coaching sessions are confidential to create a safe and trusted space where you can openly explore your thoughts, challenges, and aspirations without fear of judgment or repercussions.

    This confidentiality fosters honest communication, deep reflection, and personal growth, ensuring that the coaching process is both effective and transformative.

    By protecting privacy, you are empowered to fully engage in your journey of self-discovery and development, knowing all conversations are 100% secure and respected.

    I abide fully to the ICF code of ethics which is available on their website.

  • The meetings can be either in person or online - this will be tailored to exactly how you want and need the coaching to be.

    The sessions can be in your office but often I recommend stepping outside into an environment thats different to your usual place of work. This can be in a coffee shop, walking in nature, at my place of work or any place you feel comfortable.

    The sessions are for you.

  • Each session lasts 60 to 90 minutes.

    The topic is driven by you - what’s most important right now aligned to the Leadership Reset framework unless you need to focus on another topic.

    We start each session clear on the objective and end with practical next steps you can action immediately.

  • Yes. You’ll have WhatsApp and email access to me throughout the program.

    That means you can reach out for check-ins, feedback, or quick guidance when things come up between sessions.

  • You’ll have a check-in session 4 weeks after the program to review progress and next steps.

    If you’d like to continue, we’ll discuss options for ongoing or renewal coaching based on your goals.

  • It’s designed for high-performing leaders who want to regain clarity, energy, and balance — without losing their edge.
